I love this product. As someone who does not like dairy products I truly like the texture and the goodness of it which is close to milk. It is good for health and I can use it as a milk replacement in my favorite drinks such as hot chocolate. It is also really good mixed with shochu. The only problem is that the color is too watery. For some people it can look like milk mixed with water which is kind of unappealing. Other than that, the design of the bottle is nice and simple. We clearly know what we are buying and drinking which is nice because some products are sometimes poorly marked and it is hard to know what they really are.
●Improving idea：
The texture is the only thing I would improve, I would make it more creamier, if people want they can always make it thinner by adding some water.

I originally bought this product back in 2007, mainly to help me with my Japanese study. However, I have found that I have used far more than I had ever anticipated. I not only use it to help me with my Japanese, but I also use it on a daily basis when I am teaching. The English setup menu is also extremely useful.
●Improving idea：
The only draw backs with this product is the lack of English explanations. I sometimes find that I need a more detailed English explanation then is offered. Also a Japanese thesauraus would also be very useful.
