●Natinality:Australian
●Birth Year:50's
●Sex:Male
●Product Name: Notebook Computers
●Good / bad :
The product is a well known brand name and has a reputation for reliabilty and value for money.
Because xcompany notebooks are manufactured in Japan, users feel confident that the product is well deisgned and manufactured. Xcompany notebooks are sold and supported worldwide, which gives the traveller confidence that their product can be repaired, where
ver they may choose to travel.
Xcompany notebooks are a little more expensive than some of the other brand names on the market, but sell well due to their reliability and support infrastrcuture.
●Improving idea:
The product could be improved by providing a wider range of notebooks in the Xcompany range and by marketing them more actively in the specific geographical area in which they are sold.

●Natinality:American
●Birth Year:20's
●Sex:Female
●Product Name:Humidifier
●Good / bad :
The humidifier is wonderful because it has the ability to keep my air passages clear and moisturized, making it easier for me to breathe. When Tokyo gets cold, it's great to have a product to help soothe my sinuses. Also, it's small and easily storable. Moreover, it looks great in my apartment: sleek and modern!
●Improving idea:
I believe this product could have the capacity to be filled with more water, thus providing more humidity into the room. Also, it could have sounds coming out when it shuts off and turns on so I know that it is in use.

●Natinality:Canadian
●Birth Year:30's
●Sex:Male
●Product Name:J-E Dictionary
●Good / bad :
This is by far the most user-friendly J-E Dictionary I've found. For one, users can write kanji on the touch screen for readings and meanings and the stroke order isn't important. Like most J-E Dictionaries it doesn't provide enough furigana readings.
●Improving idea:
The one thing I would like to see added is a feature that allows the user to access the kanji used in the examples (to get the reading and meaning). This would obviously be beneficial for learners of Japanese but would also help Japanese in providing a clearer picture of what the English means.
