●Natinality:Australian
●Birth Year:20's
●Gender:Male
●Product Name:Digital camera
●Good / bad :
This product is positioned as a top-end digital camera for the enthusiast photographer as well as a backup camera for professionals. The main advantages are that users are able to manualy adjust all controls to shoot creative photos with stunning quality.
The disadvantage is the size and weight of this camera compared to the current compact sized cameras which are slowly catching up with image quality and zoom potential.
●Improving idea:
Whilst this camera is excellent, it does have it's flaws. Firstly, it uses Compact Flash memory cards which are very sturdy but these days SD memory cards have just as fast data transfer rates but are much smaller and my laptop has an SD memory reader (but does not have a CF memory card reader) so it's very convenient. Secondly, I used to own its and I feel that the battery life was better on the older camera, I believe this is due to the simple options such as shutter speed/ISO/Aperture now being displayed on the large screen, I really preferred the mini-LCD at the top of the camera instead of the current design, I hope the future designs will bring this back as it saves battery, and is convenient for the photographer to look at.

●Natinality:Sweden
●Birth Year:30's
●Gender:Female
●Product Name:Rice Pasta
●Good / bad :
This pasta is entirely made from rice. Therefore it fits me, a gluten intolerant customer who can’t eat products made from wheat, rye, barley and oats without getting sick, very well. Gluten-free versions of pasta and bread are very hard to find, and I’m glad to find this pasta in Japan. It’s also very tasty, and goes well with Japanese, Chinese and European dishes. Furthermore, since it’s made from rice instead of wheat, and has a very low GI, it’s also good as a dieting-friendly and healthy option to normal pasta for people without food restrictions.
●Improving idea:
The one problem I have found with this pasta is its tendency to get sticky when boiled. I know other gluten-free pasta brands usually not only consists of rice, but for example corn flour or protein from peas and beans (usually not soy beans, since this is an other allergen), and I think this might help it get less sticky.

●Natinality:Canadian
●Birth Year:40's
●Gender:Male
●Product Name:Hair Wax
●Good / bad :
Moving rubber is a great product because it is easy to work into the hair and makes a natural looking style. It's stylish packaging in several colors makes it easy to distinguish one kind of gel from the other. The only disadvantage of this product is that it doesn't come in a medium size. There is only an extremely small size and a large size.
●Improving idea:
I think the product is great as it is, but I think it might be helpful to consumers if they also listed on the product what kind of hair the different gels would be best for. For example, my hair is quite thin compared to the average Japanese, so the Cool Wet variety of the product works best in my type of hair. Other varieties of the product tend to get sticky in my hair type, so I had to do some trial and error buying before I could realize which variety of this hair gel worked best for me. If they could add which kinds of hair their products are suited for, this would make it easier for consumers to make better buying decisions.
