Advantages: Has a sleek design and large screen. It includes an MP3 player, camera, video, easy internet access and barcode reader to keep me busy. The phone is also biligual which is helpful to those who are not fluent in Japanese. Disadvantages: The area for the phone strap is in an awkward position. Moreover, there is no English support.
●Improving idea:
The phone strap is at the bottom of the phone which could be a bit of a hassle at time when a person has to open their phone. The strap area should and the Mini SD card`s positions should be switched.

Because the product is available in single serving portions (1 piece is approx. 50kcal), it can be bought at registers of convenience stores as an "impulse" item. Flavor options and limited availability provide consumers with a sense of curiousity, there fore heightening desirability of the product. However, limitations in the length of availability can give frustration to consumers who do have attachments to certain flavor options.
●Improving idea:
Though variety packs are available, allowing various flavors to be purchased together, flavor options can be expanded to include those limited available flavor options that may not longer be sold individually. Not only will this allow consumers to purchase the desired flavor, it also allows them to sample other flavors, possibly increasing demand for them and creating expanded flavor loyalty.

the main advantages of this product is that not only it tastes good, easy to prepare than coffee that is brewed, (which would take a longer time),but it is also a trusworthy and internationally used product where people would always have the assurance and convenience that the coffee we are drinking from morning up to late hours are made excellently to sooth our taste, to make us feel good, and even would ensure our health. As far as my knowledge and experience with this product as an avid costumer and user of it, There are only few advantages and sometimes almost none when we refer to its taste. Well to name a few, it might be on its packaging. When I go to shopping centers, I always look for quality products and mine is one these, but everytime I got my new bottle of it, I would always hope and sometimes would ask myself if there is it that will go with a more bigger bottle than the usual sizes, so that it will last for weeks. My favorite fasttime with my friends is to drink it, and the frequency could be as often as twice or trice a week and usually the jars or botlles would be empty less than a week. Hope it would design bigger bottles that would last for several days and maybe a month before I will go to shop again for a new bottle.
●Improving idea:
With it's expertise on coffee products worldwide for many many years now, I believe that they always have bright,creative, experienced personells that would readily create and make new packaging systems for more effecient and more consumer friendly coffee products.But i would like to make some suggestions to improve their already good and excellent products to become more consumer friendly. As you know most people here in Japan are so busy and time is valued as gold. It is a fast pace society where almost everyone in the family is working and that they will squeeze and utilize their little and few available times to shop for thier weekly food supply. If they can get bigger items from the grocery stands that would last for weeks then they will surely grab these to free them from any additional loads of going to the grocery stores with more frequency. If it could make bigger, family size jars for their coffee then that would fantastic and best.
