I appreciate little things like the "secret pocket" and light
inside the seat, together with its large storage space. I also like
that I can see time and three different distances traveled (between
refueling, oil change and overall) on the display infront of me. What
I do not like,is the fuel indicator, it is not very clear how much fuel
is left in the tank. Also I would appreciate not beeing slowed down
by the automatic transmission when getting to the intersection with
red light on. It is not suitable for GPS in stalation, which would be
helpful especially in tokyo area.
●Improving idea：
fuel indicator - I am able to run even though the gauge is below minimum.
i would rather see how many litres (kilometers) I have left. transmission
- When I see from the distance, that the lights switched to red, I would
like my bike to have some function to keep the high gears on, getting
to the intersection without adding gas, not being slowed down by the
engine. Often going to Tokyo for work, I would appreciate GPS with the
display build inside the body of the bike (to protect it from being
stolen and from rain etc)

I think the advantage of this news paper is that now, they provide a
free trial scription system, which can let the readers know more about
this newspaper, and since the trial period is one week , during this
period, the readers would get used to the newspaper, and would sign
the scription easily as I did . However,the disadvantage of this system
is that some people would just get the trial version and do not pay
for the scription, it is the potential economically disadvantage for
the newspaper company.
●Improving idea：
I think the newspaper company should improve in several ways. First
to improve the content of the news, make it more attractive to readers
and introduce not only latest news, but also the ideas and other commment
of some professionals.
Second, the newspaper company can make strategy on price and other marketing
competition tool to attract more readers. Third, since the newspaper
has stood on the market for so many years, it has already some regular
customers, it should enlarge its reader group, for example, it can focus
on young people, who are the future main reader ,and who have huge economical
potential,to make this group of people to be their readers , as the
consumers' habit usually is made during early age, this would be a very
good way to enlarge members of reader both now and future.

●Good / bad ：
Advantages: The main advantage of IC card is of course, it's convenience
and portability. You can quickly enter and exit any station and have
the amount subtracted monthly from your bank account. Disadvantages:
The main disadvantage of IC card is in the case your IC card is lost
or stolen, like a credit card, it can be used in the wrong way if it
reaches the wrong hands.
●Improving idea：
I think IC card is a very creative and unique invention to make commuting
more convenient. When registering for IC card, all the paperwork was
in Japanese and for a foreigner like me, it was quite difficult to understand
the policies. If there was a user-friendly English guide, I believe
more foreigners would use IC card.
